Preparation Activities
In this page we are going to have all the preparation activities that has been done from partner organisations and the participants for their preparation of the Youth Exchange that they will take part:
August 2023
Starting of the program – first communication with the partners.
Online Meeting about the project for partners organisations
September 2023
Create a group in Facebook with all the trainers / leaders participating in the project for an easier exgange of ideas or questions about the program and for better communication, thought sharing and actions.
October 2023
Selection of the participants that will participate in YE in July 2024 (from 29 of June till 7 of July, including travelling days)
November 2023
Signing contracts with all participants of the training and the organisations (early march). Online Meeting about the project with all participants (mid March)
December 2023
APV Meeting in Greece. Knowing the place that we will be hosted.

January - March 2024
Facebook group will be extented to all participants except from leaders, trainers and failitators of the orgnizations. Facebook page for the moment is going to be a closed page – after in dissemination is going to open for all the people for dissemination of the results.
April - May 2024

Online meeting with all participants: First online meeting giving all rules for the logo contest and also all the things that willbe done for the prepation activities.

Do a research to find places which reflect the effects of sustainable cooking from nature. Organize a road trip, respectively in every country, to visit and take photos of these areas.

Lectures and discussions from specialists, informing the participants about global Warming and Climate Changes, sustainable cooking and sustainable practices from all partners organisations in their areas
June 1st, 2024: 2nd Online Meeting
Detailed InfoPack that will be send to all participants through Facebook Webpage and also through their emails after the online meeting. Representation of the results of our logo contest.

Project planning and implementation. The project includes the creation of four posters, in every country. The Posters will represent the Global Warming problem and ways to reduce the phenomenon, sustainable cooking, recycling and planning planting in their areas. The posters can be in any form, like comics but they must be accurate and enjoyable

Article preparation from groups by each country, writing about their work and what they have done during the whole program (from March 2023 till the end of July 2023). Articles will be published to our webpage
