APV Meeting
APV Meeting GREPLAPLA (Athens, Greece from 27 to 29 of December 2023)
In the meeting, the Legal Representative and one Leader from each country, along with the Legal Representative, One leader, and the stakeholder from Greece, attend to be informed about the whole situation of YE. Due to the fact that we are only 6 organizations and we are bringing each organization groups of 8 persons, that means we need to be organized and know what we are going to do in the YE. Participants must be prepared, and they need to actually do a lot of pre-activities in their countries. All of this is explained in the APV meeting, where discussions and preparations for the best organization of the YE take place. We need the groups to be ready and to work as National Teams in preparation and follow-up activities.

Morning
A meeting took place in the Exarchion Hotel with all representatives.
The following themes were discussed and done during the morning meeting:
- Logistic presentation of the YE
- Explaining the activities of the YE
- Visiting the hosting venue of the YE
- Preparation activities that will be done from the partners in their countries
- Presentation and opening of our Webpage of the YE
- Signing contracts with the organisation (Contract will be send from before and discussed so to have them signed at the APV and each partner to take their copy.
Lunch
Evening
In the afternoon, we visited Ancient Athens and discussed our project. There was also some free time for the participants.
Night
Dinner was done as a celebration for 20 years of existence of our applicant organisation NGO INPLANET in a local restaurant with music.
